By booking or using my dog walking services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. I accept bank transfers and cash. Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2. Dog Behaviour and Health

To ensure the safety of myself, other animals, and the public, you must disclose any behavioural issues or health conditions your dog may have. Your dog must be up-to-date with vaccinations, flea treatments, and worming. I reserve the right to refuse service if a dog poses a safety risk or if necessary information is withheld.

3. Walking Environment

I walk your dog in safe, suitable areas such as parks, trails, or neighbourhoods. If you’d like your dog walked off-lead where it’s allowed, I need your written consent beforehand. While I take every reasonable precaution, I can’t guarantee your dog won’t encounter unforeseen hazards during walks.

4. Liability

While I take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, I cannot be held liable for unforeseen incidents such as accidents, illnesses, or injuries, unless caused by my negligence. You are responsible for making sure your pet is insured if you wish.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this notice period may incur a fee. Refunds are processed at my discretion and according to my cancellation policy. I reserve the right to cancel services due to emergencies, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Emergencies

In the event of an emergency involving your dog, I will contact you immediately. If you’re unavailable, I will take the necessary steps to ensure your dog’s safety and well-being, including seeking veterinary assistance if needed. Any associated costs will be your responsibility.

7. Agreement Updates

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to my clients and made available on my website. Continued use of my services signifies your acceptance of any changes.

8. Equipment & Treats

I understand that every pet is unique, and I aim to make their experience with me as enjoyable as possible. I kindly ask owners to provide their own leashes and any specific equipment their pet requires. For added convenience, I’m happy to supply poo bags and treats during walks. However, if your pet has any special dietary requirements or restrictions, please let me know in advance so I can accommodate their needs appropriately. Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities!

9. Permission to Share Photos of Your Pets from Our Adventures

I love capturing memorable moments of your pets during our adventures together, and sometimes these pictures turn out so wonderful that I’d like to share them! Whether it’s a wagging tail on a scenic trail or a playful splash in a stream, these images show the joy and energy of my time with your furry friends. However, I respect your privacy and your pet’s too, which is why I’m seeking your permission before sharing any photos. These pictures may be used on my website, social media, or promotional materials to showcase the amazing experiences I create. Rest assured, I’ll always handle this with care and make sure your pet is shown in the best light. If you’re happy for me to share these moments, please let me know. Your support means the world to me (and your pets are total superstars!).
