Thank you for choosing my dog walking services. By booking a walk with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

 

1. Services I Provide

• I offer professional dog walking services including solo walks, group walks, and home visits as described on my website.
• I will always walk and care for your dog in a safe, responsible, and timely manner.

 

2. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your dog, including their behavior, medical conditions, vaccination status, and emergency contact details.
• All dogs must be fully vaccinated and free from contagious illnesses.
• Please ensure your dog has a safe, well-fitting collar or harness and a secure leash for walks.

 

3. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings can be made through my website, by phone, or via my social media accounts.
• Payment is required upon completion of each scheduled walk unless we agree otherwise.
• Cancellations made less than 48hours before a scheduled walk may incur a cancellation fee.

 

 

4. Safety and Liability

 

• I will always put your dog’s safety first and take every precaution to avoid injury or loss. However, I cannot be held liable for any unforeseen incidents, including injury, illness, or death, unless caused by my gross negligence.
• I am fully insured for third-party damages and liabilities that may occur while your dog is in my care.

 

5. Weather and Emergencies

 

• Walks may be adjusted or rescheduled in extreme weather conditions to protect your dog’s wellbeing.
• In an emergency, I will contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your dog to the nearest veterinarian. Any related costs will be your responsibility.

 

6. Group Walks

 

• If your dog is joining a group walk, they must be sociable and non-aggressive with other dogs and people.
• I reserve the right to remove any dog from group walks if their behavior poses a risk to others.

 

7. Keys and Home Access

 

• If I need access to your home, you must provide a working key or access code.
• Any keys you provide will be stored securely and labeled anonymously for safety.

 

8. Changes to These Terms

 

• I may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on my website.
